Angeline, is a 27" tall folksy angel cat, made of muslin and painted with a series of washes and an antique finish that gives her a deep, beautiful patina. Angeline's face detail has been worked with artist's pencils. Angeline wears a beautiful dress made from an antique Battenburg lace curtain found in an antique mall.Pattern includes instructions on how to turn a vintage textile into a dress. Angeline's dress has been trimmed with vintage silk ribbon using an adaptation of an old fashioned technique known as ruching. Angeline wears simple pantaloons trimmed with vintage eyelet, and her boots are painted and decorated with ribbon rosettes. A cross stitched heart and old key hang from Angeline's waist.Complete directions and full size pattern pieces are included.
