22 1/2" Charlene is a sweet civil war era southern belle. She's the little sister to my Charlotte doll. She has a sculpted nose and eyebrows, stitched eyes, and lips. Her painted "shoes" have 4 straps with buttons on each. She wears pantaloons under her ruffled dress. EASY AS PIE.
