Celebrate this Valentine holiday with a large "LOVE" banner. This is super easy, no sew....glue only project. The Letters are included...just cut out and glue. Use velvet, velveteen, or felt for the pennant flags.
This makes a great impression!! This is fast to do!!!
Happy Valentine's Day. Each flag measures: 9" x 12 1/2".
