A Halloween Primitive Witch's Hat Luminare

This witch's hat is made of fabric that is painted and grungied with a new technique! There is a window at the top of the hat and a door at the bottom that allow the spooky light from the grungied tea light to shine through. This hat measures 15" W x 19" T...and add 4" more for that crooked top point, making it a total of 23" T!!
