Pearl and Gemma, The Seahorse Riders print pattern and pdf ,hcs
Have fun making and decorating your own water nymphs to display hanging or tucked onto a shelf. The seahorses are 10" long and the dolls are sewn to them.
The picture on the cover shows 2 dolls made from the same pattern. By sewing on the traced lines or inside the lines changes the look and size of the dolls. Both dolls have needle sculpted noses and painted features. Their hair is made of oven baked yarn curls. Directions are included. Pearl has a bodice, skirt, undies, and sleeves. For Gemma you use a great fabric for her body and wrap it with ribbons or pearls.
I used terrific fish print, hand dyed, and Bali batik fabrics for the dolls and seahorses. Directions for dying fabric are included. These are fun to decorate with pearls and seashells. Add charms and all kinds of beads to embellish them more.
Quilter's quarters are perfect for making the dolls and seahorses. I dyed the blue fabric used for the seahorses and you will find directions for tie-dying fabric to make your own beautiful fabric.
The directions are printed book style with on 24 lb. paper, printed on both sides. It has plenty of hints, drawings, and color photos so it will be easier for you to make the dolls. Each comes with a color picture on the cover, full size patterns, and comes in a zip closed bag.
