Lyla Dove and Late Bloomer PM

LATE BLOOMER
Out back amongst the stillness
I heard a far away trill.
Soon a joyous bird was singing
High in a tree upon the hill.
Tis a special sweet Mother bird
On a clear spring morn,
Sings again so lovely, but not at all forlorn.
Her song is full of wonder, anticipation and joy.
Only one small question,
Will it be a girl or boy?
One is still stirring-reluctant to be born.
Hurry! Late Bloomer. Mom wants to say:
"Welcome to the world on this special morn.
~Robyn Martin~
Lyla the Motherlode Mountain Dove sits patiently upon her springtime nest.
Three lovely newborn chicks are demanding dinner right now! Lyla can hear small stirrings within her last unhatched egg. She cuddles the precious egg closely to her warm breast. Surely soon the tiny shell will crack and she can kiss in welcome the tiny beak that will emerge ahead of her last chick.
The Pattern for Lyla, her newly hatched baby birds and one last egg, has a clear color photo, complete illustrated instructions and templates.
Lyla is able to stand freely on her wired feet outside her nest. Lyla measures approximately 5 ½ inches tall and 9 inches long. Her sweet babies are approximately
1-inch wide and 2 inches tall.
