Prim Folk Art Ocean Landscape for Chair Rail or Ironing Board DAPM

This is a great primitive/folk art design to hand-paint on a chair rail or old wood ironing board (show in photo as a coat rack). The scene depicts a tranquil seaside village, dotted with houses, sailboats, a church, lighthouse, and trees.
This is an older paper packet that I have had several requests for, so I am now making it available as an e-pattern.
The pattern size is approximately 11"w x 55"l.
