Moon Dust
Ever wonder who harvests the “moon dust” from the moon? Well it is the witches in training Zephyr and Dot! It seems that poor Dot gets stuck doing most of the swishing and swashing of the moon dust while ol’ Zephyr gets her zzzzz’s.
Moon Dust measures 10” tall and is mounted atop a vintage glass candlestick. The moon is painted, waxed and shaded muslin. Each one of the little mice is painted muslin with waxed tails and noses. Their hats are stiffened flannel and their wands are painted stars on rusty wire. The little moon dust bag is dyed wool felt with mica flakes glued to the top and the bag is weighted with sand.
