Primitive Best Friends Dolls

Here is a great little pattern to make these two 23" sweetie pies! Best Friends Forever, aren't they? The instructions include the pattern to create both girls and their dresses, pinafores and knickers. I also include some of my favorite painting and finishing techniques with color photos.
