Step 4: You will be taken to a blank page, DO NOT X out or back out of this page! In a moment a smaller box will come up and you need to click the download button on there. If you get a bar come up across the top of Internet Explorer asking if you want to allow the file download, right click it and select "Download File" (SEE SCREENSHOT BELOW). This will bring up the download box. You also will receive an email that contains the download link. If you don't, CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. Some e-mail clients such as AOL may cut the download link in half. It's important that there are no spaces in the link. But there are underscores like this _. You can either click the "Click Here" text in the e-mail or copy/paste the entire link into your web browser to download the pattern. Here is a sample of what a completed download link looks like:

Notice the email address is written out and in between you see there is underscores like this _ . Some email clients may put spaces in the link and it's important if that happens, to copy and paste the link completely and paste it into your browser window.

How to order Multiple instant patterns using the shopping cart:
Note: The paypal check out instructions are the same as mentioned above when using the shopping cart.

Step 1: You can only purchase multiple instant or mailed patterns using the cart feature if the patterns are from the SAME designer. The cart will not work if you try to purchase patterns from different designers. Locate the patterns you wish to purchase and click the "add to download cart" button under the pattern listing details. See screen shot below.

Step 2: Continue shopping with the same designer by clicking "See all my patterns" link next to their designer name. Or use the main drop down menu. Locate another of the designer's patterns that you wish to purchase and repeat step 1. You will notice that when you click the "add to download cart" button in the listing, it adds the item and changes the button to say "view download cart". See screenshot below. When you are ready to check out, simply click that button to view the shopping cart page to check out. Click "Check out" to pay. The payment instructions are the same as when you purchase a single download. Please be sure and click the button on the last page of Paypal that says "You Must click here to download". Once you do that, an e-mail will be sent to you that contains all of the download links.

Step 3: When you are ready to check out, simply click the "view download cart" on the current pattern listing page. Or you can click the shopping cart button at the top right of any page. See screen shot below. On the shopping cart page, click "Check out" to pay. The payment instructions are the same as when you purchase a single download. Please be sure and click the button on the last page of Paypal that says "You Must click here to download". Once you do that, an e-mail will be sent to you that contains all of the download links.

If you do not receive the e-mail with your download links:
Make sure you have your e-mail settings to allow e-mail from kelle@patternmart.com . Also check your spam folder as the e-mail could have been sent there. If you do not receive an e-mail you will need to forward the Paypal receipt to us at: sewpdw@charter.net We cannot send your pattern to you if you only provide the transaction number. There are multiple designers here on Pattern Mart and we have no way to verify your purchase with just the transaction number. To forward the Paypal receipt, on your e-mail client open the Paypal receipt e-mail and click "Forward" instead of reply and type in our e-mail address to send it to us. We will then send your pattern (s) within 24-48 hours. If it's a weekend, please note that your patterns will be emailed to you on Monday.

Download Requirements:

You will need the latest version of Adobe's Acrobat Reader to view and print downloaded patterns. Chances are Acrobat Reader is already installed on your computer. If not, or if you need to update your Adobe, you can get it here for free.

Ordering mailed patterns and products via Paypal:

If you would like to order mailed patterns, kits or other tangible products using Paypal, simply click the purchase button and proceed through the check out. Once the designer receives your payment they will mail you your purchased item.

Payment methods and Questions:

All items on Pattern Mart™ are offered with Paypal INSTANT payments. DO NOT use e-checks. Note: e-Checks will delay you being able to download your pattern and could take up to 3-7 days to receive your pattern. So it's highly recommended that if you want to download your patterns instantly only use your Paypal account balance credit card payments, or instant transfer ayments through Paypal. Some designers do offer payment via personal check or money order on tangible items. To send payment other than Paypal click the "Pay by check" button on the listing.
