Q: Do I have to be a member to order from your site?
A: No, the member login area is for our designers. For ordering information and instructions please visit the Ordering Info page.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: All purchases made on Pattern Mart utlize Paypal as the method of payment. You can use your Paypal balance, instant transfers from your bank account or your credit card on file through your Paypal account.
Many of the designers may also accept checks or money orders. If you wish to purchase using this method, contact us with the item (s) you are interested and we can let you know if the designer accepts checks or money orders.
Q: Can I order mailed patterns instead of instant download patterns?
A: Absolutely. Many of the designers also offer mailed patterns. Just check on the pattern listing to see if the mailed version is available.
Q: How do I purchase multiple epatterns?
A: You can only order multiple epatterns and use the shopping cart feature if the patterns you are buying are from the SAME designer. To order multiple epatterns from the same designer simply click the "add to download cart" button at the bottom of the pattern details page. It will add that pattern to your shopping cart. You can then click that same button to view the cart or continue shopping with that designer by clicking "See all my patterns" next to their designer name. Add another of their epatterns to the cart by repeating the process. When you are ready to check out simply click that same button as it will now say "view download cart" or click the cart button at the upper right of any page. Check out through Paypal and be sure and click the "You must click here to download your patterns" on the last page of Paypal. An email with the download links will be sent to you.
Q: What if I can't download my pattern?
A: After you order you will receive an e-mail containing the download link to your purchase. If you don't see the e-mail in your inbox, be sure and check your spam/junk folder in case it was sent there. If you click the link in the e-mail and receive a expire notice, chances are your e-mail service placed spaces in the link. Copy and paste the entire link into your browser. Q: I filled out the survey but my computer shut down before I could get the free gift, what now?
A: On the freebies link you will find our current survey if there is one available. If you fill it out completely you will receive a free gift. If for some reason you didn't receive the free gift, simply contact us by visiting the Contact Us page and we'll help you.
Q: Can anyone submit an article or use your articles?
A: Anyone may use our articles and place them on their site, newsletter, blog, etc., as long as the article is intact, not changed and you include the authors bio and website link (s) that are listed at the bottom of the article. We accept articles that are craft or craft business related from individuals that are non-competitors of Pattern Mart or it's subsiduaries; Creative Times Magazine, Instant Printables, ECraft Classes and IPM Pro.
Q: Do you offer banner or other types of Advertising?
A: Yes, Pattern Mart offers banner rotation ads as well as text link advertising. To read more about advertising with us, visit the Ad Rates link on the menu.
Q: I'm interested in becoming a member of Pattern Mart, what can I sell here?
A: Pattern Mart members can offer craft patterns either as downloadable patterns, mailed patterns or pattern kits. Designers can also offer craft supply items. If you sell printable crafts, graphics or scrapbook related items you can visit www.InstantPrintables.com to view the membership information there.
Q: What do you charge to be a member of Pattern Mart?
A: We have several memberships with various prices. Visit the Join Now page for more information. Memberships are subscription based and the membership fee is automatically deducted from your Paypal account. We do not take a percentage of your sales. All revenue generated from the patterns you sell on Pattern Mart is yours. We only charge the monthly membership fee.
Q: I added items to my Wish List but now they are gone, why?
A: The wish list is cookies based. Meaning it relies on the information stored through your internet browser. If you delete your cookies it will also delete the information stored on your wish list here at Pattern Mart. We chose to implement this feature this way in order to avoid our customers from having to create an account and login each time they visit Pattern Mart in order to see their wish list.
Q: I'd like to buy a gift certificate, how do I do that?
A: To order a gift certificate, click the link that says "Gift Certificates" on the upper right corner of the main page above the search box. You'll find detailed information on how to order and a list of which designers currently offer gift certificates.
