If you need support, please read the Order Instructions page before contacting us.

Before you contact us:
1. If you purchased patterns please login to your customer account to see if your purchases are there before contacting us.
2. If you purchased patterns directly from a designers website and not through Pattern Mart we cannot help you. You will have contact the designer directly.  

Our support e-mail is sewpdw @ charter .net . Please use that email if you need to forward your Paypal receipt to us. To help cut down on unwanted spam and email harvesters please type it in your e-mail client and do not use spaces. We are available Monday through Friday between 9am - 6pm. If you contact us over a weekend we will reply to you as soon as possible on Monday.

If after reading the Ordering Information page and the FAQ page and you are still in need of assistance, you will need to forward you're Paypal receipt to us at sewpdw @ charter .net . Please Note: We cannot issue you a new download link until we receive your Paypal receipt. 

Please DO NOT contact the individual designers if you were not able to download your purchase. This will just slow down being able to get your pattern to you. Contact us and we will be glad to help you get your pattern purchase asap.
