If you need support, please read the Order Instructions page before contacting us.

Our support e-mail is sewpdw @ charter .net . Please use that email if you need to forward your Paypal receipt to us. To help cut down on unwanted spam and email harvesters please type it in your e-mail client and do not use spaces. We are available Monday through Friday between 9am - 6pm. If you contact us over a weekend we will reply to you as soon as possible on Monday.

If your contacting us for support because you weren't able to download a pattern, please be sure and read the ordering instructions as you may have simply missed a step. Also check your spam/junk folder as occasionally the e-mail containing the download link may have been sent there by mistake. Please Note: We cannot issue you a new download link until we receive your Paypal receipt.

Below is a sample download link similiar to the one you will receive in a email for your pattern purchase. Note that there are underscores like these _ in between the written out email address. Some email clients may put spaces into the link that shouldn't be there. If clicking the link from the email doesn't work, try copying and pasting the entire link into your Internet browser.

If after reading the Ordering Information page and the FAQ page and you are still in need of assistance, you will need to forward you're Paypal receipt to us at sewpdw @ charter .net .

Please DO NOT contact the individual designers if you were not able to download your purchase. This will just slow down being able to get your pattern to you. Contact us and we will be glad to help you get your pattern purchase asap.
